Regular volunteer definition

What do you mean by 'regular' volunteer?

Regular volunteers are people we know and trust to support several of our functions as a national museum; they provide an added value to both day to day operations and through special projects and events. We are now in a position to grow our volunteering activities and provide a great programme of challenges at both Fort Nelson in Portsmouth and Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds.

Becoming a regular unlocks more challenges on our pages, provides you with relevant training and development opportunities, special access events, and a volunteer card that gives you discount in our shop, café and several events annually.

At this time we can only accept volunteers who are age 16 and above to be part of our regular crew. There may also be restrictions on certain challenges for those under 18, we will state the restrictions on each challenge
