Fort Nelson Feedback role

At the Royal Armouries we have thousands of visitors come to our sites every year to enjoy our exhibitions, displays and special events. We hope that all our visitors have an enjoyable and meaningful experience with us and collecting visitor feedback is a crucial way for us to understand if this is the case.
Feedback allows us to get a clearer view of our audience, discover what they have liked and disliked about their visit and allows us to better plan our events programme and displays. Gathering this feedback is great but for it to be useful, it needs to be analysed and acted on. To allow us to do this, we are looking for volunteers to help us input visitor feedback into our system. Processing our visitor comments will allow us to report back, analyse the information and make informed decisions on how to develop our future offer.
This is brilliant opportunity would suit those who want to help us improve our visitor experience, those who like dealing with data, and those who have an eye for detail. This role is currently focusing on inputting feedback from our Fort Nelson site in Portsmouth and can be done remotely.
