We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, Christmas loving volunteers to join our amazing Events team.
You will be welcoming visitors to the Fort during the magical lead up to Christmas. From the end of November, the Fort will be transformed into a festive wonderland, with bedecked trees, twinkly lights, wreaths and decorations around every corner. You will be assisting with the set up and pack down of family craft activities, keeping activity areas tidy and stocked, helping visitors engage with the activities and undertaking valuable feedback and evaluation from our visitors as they leave. You’ll help with the smooth running of the activities, offer information about the site and exhibitions, along with supporting visitors to get the most from their visit.
